To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file. Your card will not be charged unless this policy is violated. Cancellations & Rescheduling ● I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ● Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. ● No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals ● Please arrive on time for your appointment. ● Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service as scheduled. ● If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the 20% late cancellation fee will apply. Refund Policy 
All services are final. If you have any concerns about your hair, you should contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate adjustment if needed.
